I was very skeptical to start the 8 week program because of lack of confidence in myself in my ability to complete it and succeed. This program is doable for anyone at any level of training. Once you get the nutrition guidelines down, it does get easier and cravings for junk food dissipate. I have a better understanding of my body and the things that I need to do to keep it running at its best! I have lost 10lbs and 11 inches!
